"I had a rock crack my windshield driving back from Pensacola last week and I called State Farm and talked to Ashley. She was wonderful in guiding me through what I needed to do. I talked to her on Friday morning and she sent me to the proper person to get the claim filed. She then texted me that night to see if everything was taken care of. I was supposed to hear back from the claims department the first of this week and never got a call back On Friday, I called Ashley and she called the claims people and figured out what to do. She was excellent in working to get this taken care of! I always get excellent customer service!"

"We always enjoy working with Pam! She makes things simple for us and is always patient, as we have been re-evaluating our household budget this year.
